So, I’ve finally made the decision to start blogging. It’s has been a long time coming; the thought of everyone reading my innermost thoughts daunted me, but I’ve had fantastic feedback about recent articles, so, what the hell, here it is. The government have announced plans to publish GP salaries, so what else do we have to hide?!

You’ll have to bear with me in these early days, as this is my first venture into the world of blogging and making my own website, but what I hope to create is an insight into the highs and lows of working as a GP, and into my views world in general. Anybody who knows me will agree that I have something to say about everything, hence the name of my blog. So fingers crossed, this won’t be a tedious account of my day’s work, but will provide insight for those not involved in the medical profession, and for those of us who are, it will provide a forum for discussion and open up debate into political issues and current affairs, many of which are spilling over into daily General Practice.
